Ah yes, all of Tinseltown is lighting up with the month of Moonvember upon us, and here is Christian Serratos, star of “New Moon” showing off her lighter hair color outside of the infamous and elite Chateau Marmont. Christian is one Twilight star that never seems to fade in the spotlight, and her lighter brunette locks are complemented with a sleek and straight hairstyle that puts the sexy into an average and everyday look. And though you may not have her bone structure, fashion budget, or killer legs, you can still look a little bit like her by going with this super easy hairstyle that can work for business day or can be glammed for a night look as well like Christian has done for this look.

To get the look that Christian has here, you want to start off with the same layered cut that she has here with some nice fringe bangs that will draw attention to those gorgeous eyes. Use some straightening serum on towel dried hair, and blow dry your hair with a flat paddle brush pulling your hair straight as you dry. Use a flat iron to sleek your hair out as much as you can. When you are flat ironing, you want to pin the top sections of your hair up first, and flat iron the bottom sections for maximum fullness and all over straightness.

After you have flat ironed your entire head, spritz your hair with some anti-humectant. Immediately following this, you will want to flat iron your hair again, and this will lock in the humectant, and give your hair some beautiful shine. It will also seal the cuticle and ensure that your hair stays straight and glam all night long. Use a thin barreled curling iron on one or two pieces in the front like Christian has here and you are good to go for a sexy look that will take you day or night.
