The fabulous forty something Teri Hatcher is seen here before her appearance for the Late Show with David Letterman in a gorgeous figure hugging dress that showed off her equally gorgeous figure. Though this former Lois Lane is well known now for her role on Desperate Housewives, Teri has been running the promotional circuit to promote her new movie ‘Coraline’ that is due out in theatres in February. And Teri is proving to the world that it is all about confidence, with a little help from your stylist, when you want to look fabulous at any age.

Teri has gorgeous naturally wavy brunette hair and she is not afraid to keep it long and luscious which adds to her instant sex appeal. For this look, Teri maxed out the glam and had her hair styled in long beautiful waves.

To get this look, you are going to focus on product and texture. Wash your hair in texturizing shampoo and conditioner to give your hair some bend. Add some curl enhancing mousse to towel dried hair and ensure the product is distributed evenly from root to tip. You will then blow dry your hair upside down to ensure you get some lift at the roots and the crown.

Medium sized hot rollers then will give you a pretty blend of curl and wave, and roll your hair in two inch sections. Allow the rollers to set for at least 30 minutes, and finger comb your curls as you take the rollers out. Apply a generous mist of some extra hold hairspray to your hair and then style and place as you like. It is important to style your hair as it is still slightly damp from the hairspray and this will ensure a longer lasting hold.
