Sienna Miller is seen here keeping her head down and trying to avoid the paparazzi attention as she leaves a Pilates class in Hollywood. Sienna is that girl that you’ve heard about that everyone is calling a homewrecker for her relationship with married man and father of four young children, Balthazar Getty from ‘Brothers and Sisters’. She’s been globe trotting all over the place trying to find some respite, but doesn’t look like she is getting it from anyone. And it seems that when it comes to her appearance, she isn’t paying too much attention there, well, why bother at this point, when the paps seem to be more concerned about your love life than your hairstyles. Mind you, here she is seen just coming out of Pilates, so that will more than explain the haphazard style, but even with exercise, you can maintain hairstyles that are still pretty, and easy to work with when you are working out. What Sienna needs here more than anything is a comb or a brush. At the very least she needs to brush her hair back when pulling it up for a workout, to avoid getting caught by the camera in a rather sloppy situation.
