Yes, I was a little concerned when Agyness when with the cropped locks, but it seems to be quite the signature look for her? And if nothing else, Agyness is certainly proving that short hair can really be as versatile as you want it to be. Here Agyness has used a host of styling product to give her cropped locks a choppy sexy, punky look that complements her rocker style ensemble.

The key with short hair, particularly if you want to do a lot with it, is to have it cut with long layers on top like Agyness here. You can have the back and the sides cut as short as you want it to, right to the scalp even if you like, but maintaining long layers on the crown and overlapping onto the sides will give you some real versatility.

Like Agyness, you can wear it all down and fresh with plenty of movement, or you can heap on the styling product and tell your hair to do whatever you want it to. Yes, short hair is fun in the summer, not to mention cool and easy as well. Ask your stylist to help you come up with a cut that frames the features on your face that you want highlighted, while at the same time narrowing out any of your wider features. The wrong cut can make even the prettiest face washed out.
