This is another one of those Hollywood ladies that just looks great no matter how she does her hair, and yes, unfortunately for us it’s because she’s just that naturally beautiful. Not that she needs a lot of work done on her gorgeous brunette locks, but here is Jennifer Garner visiting a salon in Beverly Hills. Jennifer has always had beautiful medium length brunette locks, and she has never wavered from her style that much.

Here Jennifer has had her hair trimmed to shoulder length with the addition of some big chunky face framing layers. She has maintained her standard look of chunky fringe bangs as well, which is a nice way to accent her pretty eyes and her infectious smile. Jennifer is the perfect example of how you can make a few subtle changes to your current look to give you an entirely fresh spin on your overall look. You don’t always have to be drastic and make big bold moves in the hair department if you don’t want to, you can simply make a few little tweaks and give you a fresh new lift.

Chunky face framing layers are a great way to do that, and if you have medium hair length or longer, you can achieve this look. The beauty about this look is that it is just as light as an even more drastic cut as the layers take away some of the weight on longer hair, while adding a very pretty boost of volume and fullness.
