Ashley Tisdale Peek-a-boo Purple!
Ashley has experimented with different hair color over the years. From brunette to blonde she looks great in many shades. Check out this color choice!
Ombre has been the most recent color buzz but this color style is a little different. She has some dark purple at the ends of one side of her hair. They appear to be faded in the same technique as used in Ombre but used as a fun accent, rather than all over your hair. Are you ready to try something different? What a great way to experiment with bold color without the long term commitment and up-keep. We love this idea!
Top 10 Hairstyles for Summer

Summer is here and it is past time to start considering how you will maintain a fashionable hairstyle. Whether you live in a dry, windy area or a muggy, humid climate these styles will work for either. During summer months, you want to make sure you have a style that is manageable and will easily transition into fall months. Here are the top 10 hairstyles for summer:
~ A long, thick braid that is pulled to one side will look great for summer months. You hair will be pulled back off of your face so you will not have to worry about stray hairs sticking to your forehead or getting in your way. You can experiment with many different kinds of braid. Try to perfect a regular braid, a french braid, and a fishtail braid. This will change up the look greatly while still maintaining the ease of a side braid. You can start the braid up towards the front of your face or you can start it at the base of your neck on the side. If you have layered hair, run a little bit of pomade over your hair prior to braiding to avoid flyaways.
~ Beachy layered waves are a great option for summer months. You can simply spritz your hair with a sea salt spray, scrunch, and go. You can even do this while your hair is still damp and let it air dry. Since the product will give you a bit of hold you don’t have to worry about messy wind blown hair. Flyaways and frizz also won’t be as exaggerated.
~ Long, loose waves with a little bit of bounce will be perfect for summer nights. Simply blowdry your hair with a round brush and spritz with hair spray. Take the rounded ends of your hair in sections and roll them up to the base of your head, pinning each section into place. Lightly mist hair with hairspray all over and let your hair set. Let your hair down and brush your hair out with your fingers for loose waves. Read more…

Jessica Alba Gets Blunt
Jessica Alba in gorgeous Valentino look with David Webb jewels and a towering pair of gold Christian Louboutin sandals, Jessica went simple on the hair with a new blunt bob while looking sexy and chic.
Looking hotter than ever in Valentino Couture at the world premiere of “Little Fockers” Jessica Alba shows that even busy moms can pull of that thang. Finishing a towering on the red carpet at the Ziegfield Theater in New York City. And while you may not exactly have the budget for Valentino Couture (don’t worry, not many do), you can still get this very easy look that will make holiday pictures just stunning.
To get the look that Jessica has here, you want to start off with the same blunt cut that she has here with or without some nice fringe bangs that will draw attention to those gorgeous eyes. Use some straightening serum on towel dried hair, and blow dry your hair with a flat paddle brush pulling your hair straight as you dry. Use a flat iron to sleek your hair out as much as you can. When you are flat ironing, you want to pin the top sections of your hair up first, and flat iron the bottom sections for maximum fullness and all over straightness. After you have flat ironed your entire head, spritz your hair with some anti-humectant. Immediately following this, you will want to flat iron your hair again, and this will lock in the humectant, and give your hair some beautiful shine. It will also seal the cuticle and ensure that your hair stays straight and glam all night long.

Nicole Kidman Lets Loose
This is a girl that just can’t do ugly, even if she wanted to. Gorgeous to the bone, with perfect bone structure to boot, we catch a long awaited glimpse of Nicole Kidman on the red carpet of her latest film “Rabbit Hole” at the Paris theatre. So this is double good news because one sighting was enough to get us tickled, but to hear a new movie of hers coming out, even better. And as usual, Nicole was ever the picture of grace and elegance in a gorgeous red dress and a voluminous hairstyle that is neither too done nor too overlooked. Here she doesn’t appear to be immaculately styled, but for Nicole, it doesn’t seem to matter whether she is on the red carpet or hanging on the streets of New York, she always looks the epitome of grace. And it is this girl next door look that really seems to be the big trend right now, which should be a key to you when you are mastering your own signature style. A little bit of simple goes a long way here. Nicole’s hair has been styled in the half up half down look, in a very casual manner that has no muss or fuss.
This look is easy to accomplish with a very straight blow out, hang your head upside down when blowdrying to get the volume that Nicole has here. If you want to add some real oomph, set some Velcro rollers in the top section of your hair for added volume. Blast some heat on those babies as well, and after 30 minutes just shake ‘em all out. Once your hair is down, simply pin back the top sections of your hair that were in rollers, for an easy and casual look that still looks pulled together. If you want some extra wave, wind the bottom ends around your curling iron for about 10 seconds or so and finger comb them out so you don’t look too…”style”. Gorgeous.
